Green Wedmore was established in 2006 as a response to a growing recognition of the rapidly increasing threat posed by the climate emergency. Our aim is to develop and implement initiatives to encourage and facilitate sustainable living in Wedmore and surrounding villages.

The climate and nature emergency is the greatest challenge we face as a species. Green Wedmore works to help the village reduce its impact, adapt to the changing climate, restore nature and save money.

Our monthly meetings produce ideas and inspiration. We welcome anyone to join us on the second Thursday of the month, 7.30pm at Wedmore Village Farm.
